COMMUNITY, Activism And Brand Partnership

'It is only when we use our voices can we truly effect change.' - Ricardo P Lloyd

Ricardo P Lloyd is an actor, presenter, writer and cultural figure who uses his platform with purpose, working at the intersection of storytelling, social responsibility and measurable impact. His advocacy focuses on mental health, inclusion, youth opportunity and housing insecurity, with an emphasis on outcomes rather than optics.

Ricardo has collaborated with national charities and institutions to advance awareness and deliver tangible results. He partnered with Rethink Mental Illness, supporting campaigns that promote mental well-being and challenge stigma, particularly within communities historically underserved by mental health services.

He has also supported the Hear My Voice campaign, helping to raise funds for a film project aimed at increasing diversity within the opera industry, using creative work as a catalyst for structural inclusion.

In the area of housing and homelessness, Ricardo has supported LandAid, the UK property industry charity working to end youth homelessness. He appeared as a panellist at a major fundraising event that raised over £365,000 in a single evening, contributing lived experience, cultural insight and strategic perspective to an audience of senior leaders across property, philanthropy and the arts.

Ricardo is a Patron of Go Live Theatre, supporting access, representation and opportunity for emerging talent. He holds this role alongside respected figures including Adrian Lester, Mark Strong and Beverley Knight, reflecting a shared commitment to cultural equity and creative development.

He is regularly invited to speak within educational and professional settings, including Buckinghamshire New University, where he has contributed to Black History Month programming and addressed BA Acting and BA Performing Arts students on resilience, authorship and sustainable creative careers. He also works with Speakers for Schools, supporting access and opportunity for young people across the UK.

Across all his advocacy work, Ricardo brings clarity, credibility and intention. He engages thoughtfully, speaks with authority and aligns cultural visibility with long-term social progress
